Refund and Cancellation Policy

At PrashiXan, we value clarity and fairness. While our planning, facilitation, and scheduling require advance commitment, we also recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise. This policy balances those realities with empathy and transparency.

1. General Policy

• All programme fees, including those for The Marvellous Journeys of Misbah’s Bright Learners, the Teacher Development Programme, and Partnered School Initiatives, are non-refundable once paid.
• Fees are collected in advance for each block or term and are treated as confirmed at the time of payment.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional or humanitarian grounds, such as:

• Documented medical emergencies
• Death or bereavement in the immediate family
• Forced relocation or sudden loss of access to online education
• Cancellation of the batch or programme by PrashiXan

All exception requests must be made in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees.

3. Missed Sessions and Absences

• If a child misses a session for any reason — including scheduling conflicts, travel, other classes, or personal reasons — no refund or replacement session will be provided.
• We support continuity through written summaries and parent updates, but missed sessions cannot be rescheduled.

4. Technical Difficulties

• We do not offer refunds or make-up sessions for issues on the student’s side, including:
• Power outages
• Internet failure
• Device malfunction
• User error (e.g. wrong link, late login, muted mic)
• We strongly recommend testing access before the class and ensuring an adult is available nearby if the child is new to online learning.

5. Cancellation by PrashiXan

• If we cancel a session, batch, or programme for any reason (such as low enrolment or facilitator emergency), we will refund the fees for undelivered sessions in full.
• Refunds in such cases will also be processed within 21 business days.
