Frequently Asked Questions
PrashiXan
Who founded PrashiXan?
PrashiXan was co-founded by Misbah Mansuri and Kedar Anil Gadgil. Misbah is an experienced educator and curriculum designer based in Pune, known for her child-first philosophy, calm classroom presence, and deep insight into emotional and intellectual development.
Her personal journey as a single mother, top-ranking TTC student, and classroom teacher led her to build PrashiXan as a safe, meaningful learning space for children, teachers, and parents. Kedar is a serial entrepreneur and strategic advisor with over three decades of cross-industry experience.
He brings systems thinking, operational clarity, and long-term vision to the platform. He also runs Druid Systems, a consulting firm specialising in business efficiency and leadership
strategy. Together, they combine the heart of a teacher with the mind of a builder.
What is PrashiXan?
PrashiXan is an education studio that offers thoughtfully designed, emotionally safe, and practically grounded programmes for children, schoolteachers, and community-based education partners. It is not a school or coaching class. It is a platform for confidence-building, communication, and contextual learning.
How are the different programmes connected?
All three programmes operate under the PrashiXan umbrella and are led by Misbah Mansuri:
The Marvellous Journeys of Misbah’s Bright Learners
A year-long online enrichment programme for 7–10-year-old children.
The Teacher Development Programme
A professional growth and counselling initiative for primary school teachers and school teams.
The Authorised Partner Programme. A zero-investment entrepreneurship model for local educators and parents to support and manage batches of the Marvellous Journeys programme These programmes reflect PrashiXan’s values: child-centred growth, contextual relevance, emotional safety, and quiet rigour.
Is PrashiXan affiliated with any school or educational board?
No. PrashiXan is an independent initiative that works with families, educators, and schools, but is
not affiliated with any board or institution. It complements, not replaces, formal schooling.
The Marvellous Journeys of Misbah’s Bright Learners
What age group is this programme for?
The programme is ideal for children aged 7 to 10 years, typically in Standards 2 to 5. We welcome learners from across India and abroad, as long as they are comfortable in English and can engage independently in a small-group online environment.
What exactly is taught in this programme?
The year is divided into 9 thematic blocks of 12 sessions each, covering:
- Curiosity and science thinking
- Creative expression and storytelling
- Emotional intelligence and friendship
- Ethics and values
- Communication and articulation
- Culture, history, and the world
- Decision-making and real-life skills
There are no tests, no marks, and no competition. Children are gently encouraged to reflect,
imagine, ask questions, and express themselves.
How are the sessions structured?
- 108 sessions total across the year
- 3 sessions per week (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-Sat)
- 45 minutes per session
- Conducted live on Google Meet
- Multiple evening batches available
- Maximum 12 children per batch
- Conducted in English by Misbah Mansuri herself
What is the fee for the programme?
The fee is ₹4,200 per 12-session block, to be paid in advance.
For international students, the fee structure is:
- US$100 for students outside the UK, EU, or GCC
- UK£100 for students in the United Kingdom and European Union
- AED400 for students in Gulf Cooperation Council countries
Families who choose to enrol for all 9 blocks (full year) and pay in advance receive a 10 percent discount on the total amount.
Are there scholarships?
Yes. A limited number of partial and full scholarships are available each year. These are offered based on need, fit, and a short interaction with the child and family.
Can I choose my batch and time slot?
Yes. We offer multiple evening time slots to accommodate different school schedules. Parents may choose between Mon-Wed-Fri and Tue-Thu-Sat batches, depending on availability.
Can I speak with Misbah before enrolling?
Absolutely. Every parent can schedule a one-on-one call with Misbah to better understand the programme and clarify expectations before signing up.
Can I try one class before enrolling?
We do not offer free trial classes to preserve the safety and consistency of our small groups. However, we provide detailed explanations, previews, and personal conversations to help you decide confidently.
Is this a substitute for school?
Not at all. Marvellous Journeys is meant to complement formal schooling by building skills that
schools often do not focus on, such as confidence, expression, moral reasoning, social empathy,
and joy.
Teacher Development Programme
Who is this programme designed for?
This programme is ideal for primary school teachers (Standards 1 to 5) in budget private schools, community-based schools, and socio-economically diverse classrooms. School leaders and academic coordinators are involved during onboarding and follow-ups.

- One-on-one confidential counselling for each teacher
- 20 group training sessions annually
- A customised training plan based on school discovery conversations
- Tools for classroom calm, communication, and teacher confidence

Is the programme online or in-person?
The programme is conducted entirely online, though optional in-person sessions may be organised for select schools based on location and feasibility.
Who facilitates the sessions?
All sessions are led by Misbah Mansuri, who brings her own classroom experience, leadership
facilitation training, and deep empathy for the teaching profession.

- Curriculum planning in low-resource settings
- Working with parents
- Peer coordination and conflict resolution
Training is practical, respectful, and never preachy.
Is this just another workshop series?
No. This is not a generic training package. It is a sustained year-long intervention designed to
walk alongside your team, not just teach them.
Authorised Partner Programme
Who can become a partner?
Anyone with a trusted network of parents or educators can become an Authorised Partner. This includes teachers, tuition providers, school staff, or even engaged parents. No formal qualifications are required.
Do I need to teach?
No. As a partner, you do not teach. You coordinate with families, help introduce the programme, and support smooth enrolment.
How do I earn?
Partners earn a share of revenue from each batch they help form. Alternatively, they may use their share to pay for their own child’s seat.
What are my actual responsibilities?
You will:
- Introduce the programme using videos and brochures
- Schedule parent calls with Misbah
- Clarify logistics like timings and batch selection
- Provide WhatsApp-based support
- Maintain light, ongoing communication with families
Is there any cost to becoming a partner?
No. This is a zero-investment model. There are no franchise fees or kits to purchase. You need only your time, your network, and your belief in the programme.
Will I receive training?
Yes. You will receive a simple partner onboarding kit with:
- Sample messages and outreach material
- Voice-note explainers and guidance
- Flexible, ongoing support throughout the year
Can I do this from anywhere?
Yes. All sessions are conducted online. You can be based anywhere in India or abroad and still coordinate batches for eligible children in your network.
